Scheduling, calculating time, multiple clamping setups, and worst of all – non-stop shifts!
But precision control and data inspection can’t be ignored。 Heat dissipation fins possibly loose tolerances, but boss height and circular port interfaces much be accurate.especially the down sure-face.
Why so time costly?
It have Two surfaces to machine, thus Two twice clamping setups.
due to it is such big part.
The cutter must feed slowly to achieve a glossy surface finish. Process specifications need to consider.

Oh no 5 axis machining is costly.to save the cost we make them by 3 axis machining.
But if we make mold casting, shallow milling produce faster.
The problem is that up to the qty.

Finally, we can optional, IP grade, treatment finished, Nickel Plating,Electrophoresis ect.
